This trial is looking for patients with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. Participants will receive a combination treatment to test how safe it is and if it works against their cancer.
You may be able to join if
- I am between 18 and 75 years old.
- I have been diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer.
- I have at least one measurable tumor.
- I am willing to provide tumor tissue for testing.
- I am in good health with expected survival of at least 12 weeks.
- I can agree to use effective contraception during and after the study.
- I have not had more than one prior chemotherapy treatment for my cancer.
You may not be able to join if
- I have small cell lung cancer.
- I have a history of other cancers.
- I have active brain or spinal metastases.
- I have serious heart disease.
- I have uncontrolled lung disease or interstitial lung disease.
- I have certain viral infections like hepatitis or HIV.
- I am pregnant or breastfeeding.
- I am experiencing rapid deterioration in my health before starting the trial.
