Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for adults with advanced B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma who have already tried other treatments. Participants will receive an experimental drug called IKS03 and help researchers learn about its effects and safety.

You may be able to join if

  • I am 18 years or older.
  • I have been diagnosed with B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
  • I have received at least 2 prior treatments for my lymphoma.
  • I need systemic treatment and do not require immediate cytoreductive therapy.
  • I have measurable disease according to defined criteria.
  • I agree to undergo a bone marrow biopsy if necessary.
  • I understand and can provide informed consent.
  • I will use effective contraception during the study.

You may not be able to join if

  • I am pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • I am known to be CD19-negative.
  • I have central nervous system involvement from my lymphoma.
  • I have had another type of cancer in the last 2 years, except certain treated cancers.
  • I have active bleeding or a bleeding disorder.
  • I have significant heart disease or lung disease.
  • I have an active infection that needs treatment.
  • I have a history of serious autoimmune disease.

About This Trial

This first-in-human study will evaluate the recommended dose for further clinical development, safety, tolerability, antineoplastic activity, immunogenicity, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of IKS03, a CD19 targeting antibody-drug conjugate, in patients with advanced B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL).
