This trial is looking for adults with a type of lymphoma that has not responded to other treatments. Participants will receive a special treatment to help their immune system fight the cancer.
You may be able to join if
- I am at least 18 years old.
- I have been diagnosed with B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
- I have a specific type of lymphoma that shows BAFF-R on the cancer cells.
- I have a tumor that is at least 1.5 cm or evidence of disease in my blood or other areas.
- I have had other CAR T-cell therapy at least 3 months ago.
- I can provide signed consent to participate.
- My heart and lungs function properly.
- I am seronegative for HIV and active hepatitis infections.
You may not be able to join if
- I have had an allogeneic stem cell transplant.
- I had an autologous stem cell transplant in the last 6 months.
- I need urgent treatment for my lymphoma complications.
- I have a serious heart condition or recent heart attack.
- I have an active autoimmune disease.
- I am currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
- I have uncontrolled infections.
- I have a history of certain neurologic conditions.
