Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for adults 18 and older who have certain types of cancers that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery, especially if their cancer has changes in a gene called HER2. It's important that they haven't been treated with two specific drugs before, and they should have already had at least one other treatment for their cancer. Certain kinds of cancers, like pancreatic cancer, are not included in this study.
