Inclusion Criteria:
* Adults aged 20 years or older
* Never screened and treated for H. pylori infection
Exclusion Criteria:
* Ever undergone gastrectomy
* Patients with gastric cancer
* Have been screened or tested for H. pylori infection
* Ever received H. pylori eradication therapy
