The frequency of oxygen desaturation during emergency intubation is not uncommon. Inclusion Criteria:
* Good baseline neurologic function (Modified Rankin Scale: 1-3)
* Emergency departments
* Critical care units
* In-patient floors
* Patients undergoing emergent intubations as determined by the treating physician
