Inclusion Criteria:
* Adult patient
* Patient presenting or having presented a clinical suspicion of complex ocular infection requiring a sample for microbiological diagnosis:
* Corneal abscess requiring hospitalization
* Any suspicion of endogenous or exogenous endophthalmitis.
