Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for patients with recurring glioblastoma who have had prior treatment. Participants will receive a combination of selinexor and the usual chemotherapy drug, temozolomide, to see if it works better than temozolomide alone.

You may be able to join if

  • I am at least 18 years old.
  • I have a confirmed diagnosis of recurrent glioblastoma.
  • I have had prior treatment with temozolomide and radiotherapy.
  • I have measurable disease with a clearly defined tumor.
  • I have a good performance status.
  • I have acceptable blood counts and liver function.
  • I can understand and sign a consent form.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have not fully recovered from side effects of previous treatments.
  • I am currently taking any other investigational drugs.
  • I have had an allergic reaction to selinexor or temozolomide.
  • I am pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • I have uncontrolled health issues.
  • I have a history of severe heart issues.
  • I have received bevacizumab before.
