Eligibility Criteria
* Age \>18 years
* Clinical diagnosis of SCD (HbSS, HbSC, HbSβ+; Thal, HbSβ0Thal, HbS variants)
* Baseline score of 60 or lower on the ASCQ-Me 7-day pain interference domain
