This trial is looking for children and young adults with relapsed or resistant mature B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Participants will receive treatment with the drug glofitamab alone or with a combination of other cancer medications.
You may be able to join if
- I am between 6 months and 30 years old
- I have been diagnosed with mature B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma
- I have relapsed or refractory disease after my previous treatments
- I have measurable disease
- I have adequate performance status
- I have good bone marrow, liver, and kidney function
- I do not have active hepatitis B or C
- I test negative for HIV or am stable on anti-retroviral therapy
You may not be able to join if
- I have isolated central nervous system disease without systemic involvement
- I have received glofitamab before
- I have ongoing side effects from previous cancer treatments that are not mild
- I have active infections not resolved before the trial starts
- I have had a solid organ transplant
- I have a history of certain severe viral infections or autoimmune diseases
- I have had major surgery or a significant injury in the last 28 days
- I have received a live vaccine in the last 4 weeks
