About This Trial
Poverty and opioid addiction are interrelated and chronic problems which have not been addressed adequately. The Therapeutic Workplace could treat the many adults with opioid use disorder who are unemployed and live in poverty. The Therapeutic Workplace pays participants to work. Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* ≥18 years old
* are enrolled at REACH for buprenorphine or methadone maintenance treatment
* unemployed
Exclusion Criteria:
* Applicants will be excluded if they report recent hallucinations and if they are currently a prisoner.
