This trial is looking for people aged 30 and older with advanced Parkinson's disease who have motor complications and are planning to receive the Exablate procedure. Participants will need to visit the registry for follow-ups at 3, 6, and 12 months, and then every year for 5 years.
You may be able to join if
- I am 30 years old or older.
- I have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease.
- I have motor complications that are not controlled by medications.
- I am planning to have the Exablate procedure.
- I am willing to follow the registry requirements and attend all visits.
- I have signed and received a copy of the informed consent form.
You may not be able to join if
- I do not agree to participate in the registry.
- I am unlikely to participate for the entire duration of the registry.
