Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I or II
* Elective unilateral lower limb orthopedic surgery with tourniquet under spinal anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria:
* Pregnant females
* Body mass index ≥ 35 kg/m2
* Allergy to ketorolac
