Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for women with advanced cervical cancer who want to try a new treatment called KRC-01. Participants will receive treatment in combination with standard therapies and will be monitored for safety and effectiveness.

You may be able to join if

  • I am a woman 18 years or older.
  • I have advanced cervical cancer that has not spread to other parts of my body.
  • I have a specific type of cervical cancer that can be treated.
  • I have a tumor bigger than 5 cm that hasn't been treated with radiation.
  • I am willing to receive specific cancer treatments as part of the study.
  • I am able to attend follow-up appointments for treatment.
  • I have a life expectancy of 3 months or more.
  • I can give written consent to participate.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have another type of cancer besides skin cancer.
  • I have had previous pelvic or abdominal radiation therapy.
  • I have had surgery to remove my uterus.
  • I have received chemotherapy for cervical cancer before.
  • I have conditions that make it unsafe to receive radiation therapy.
  • I am currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • I have uncontrolled infections or serious non-cancer health issues.
  • I have participated in another clinical trial in the last 3 months.

About This Trial

This is a seamless Phase 1/2 study consisting of two components. Phase 1 component is a dose-escalation, single arm, open label study in 10 patients to evaluate the safety and tolerability of KRC 01. Phase 2 component is a randomized, open label, controlled, multi-center study in 60 patients to evaluate the preliminary antitumor effect of KRC-01 in combination with CRT.
