Inclusion Criteria: * Histologically confirmed primary diagnosis of vulvar squamous cell carcinoma * Surgically staged FIGO (International Federation of Gynaecology and Obstetrics) I-II disease * Margin status after primary surgery: * HPV-I VSCC: margins are negative for cancer but \<8mm, and/or…
