This trial is looking for people who have experienced fatigue after a stroke over six months ago. Participants will receive a type of magnetic stimulation treatment to see if it helps improve their fatigue and mood.

- I am more than 6 months post-stroke
- I have clinically present fatigue
You may not be able to join if
- I have conditions that make MRI or magnetic stimulation unsafe
- I cannot follow simple three-step instructions
- I have other diagnosed neurological conditions
- I am pregnant
- I have had strokes in the stimulation areas
- I have severe hypertension
