Inclusion Criteria:
* Adults ≥18 years of age;
* Accepted abdominal ultrasonography, contrast-induced ultrasonography, enhanced CT and MRI before the surgery;
* Diagnosis of primary renal cell carcinoma with tumor thrombus before and during the surgery;
