Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for patients with advanced soft tissue or bone sarcoma. Participants will receive a new T-cell therapy called attIL12 to see if it helps control their disease.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am at least 12 years old.
  • I have been diagnosed with advanced soft tissue or bone sarcoma.
  • I have already received at least one treatment for my sarcoma.
  • I can provide a tumor sample for analysis.
  • My health status is good enough to participate in the trial.
  • My blood counts meet the required levels.
  • I agree to use effective contraception if I am a woman of childbearing potential.
  • I can give my consent to join the study.

You may not be able to join if

  • I am allergic to cyclophosphamide or the study medication.
  • I have active autoimmune disease.
  • I have untreated brain metastases.
  • I am currently undergoing other cancer treatments.
  • I have unresolved side effects from previous cancer treatments.
  • I have had major surgery within the last 4 weeks.
  • I have a history of primary immunodeficiency.
  • I have received a live vaccine in the last 28 days.
