Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for patients with early-stage endometrial cancer who have had surgery. Participants will receive a less intense treatment to see how it works for their specific cancer type.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I have had surgery to remove my uterus and ovaries.
  • I have been diagnosed with early-stage endometrial cancer.
  • I have an ECOG performance status of 0, 1, or 2.
  • I am 18 years old or older.
  • I can read and understand questionnaires in English, French, or a validated language.
  • I can attend treatment and follow-up at the participating center.
  • I will start treatment within 10 weeks after my surgery.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have had chemotherapy for my current endometrial cancer.
  • I have had radiation therapy to my pelvic area.
  • I have a history of other cancers, except certain non-invasive cases.
  • I have evidence of cancer spreading to distant parts of my body.
  • I have a positive surgical margin after surgery.
  • I have positive washings from the abdominal area if that test was done.

About This Trial

This protocol tests de-escalated adjuvant treatment in patients with POLE-mutated or p53wt/NSMP (p53 wildtype/no specific molecular profile) early-stage endometrial cancer (EC). Patients may be enrolled in one of two sub-studies * EN10.A/RAINBO BLUE: POLE-mutated EC * EN10.B/TAPER: p53 wildtype / NSMP EC

Inclusion Criteria: * Patients must have had surgery consisting of hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy. Lymph node dissection can be performed as per institutional standards.
