Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for patients with genetic skin disorders who experience severe itching. Participants will receive treatment with dupilumab and provide information about their itch and symptoms over a period of about 26 months.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am at least 6 months old.
  • I have a genetic skin disorder.
  • I have had genetic testing showing one or more gene variants.
  • I report an average itch level of 4 or higher.
  • I am willing to track my itch and sleep weekly.
  • I can follow the study requirements.
  • I understand the study and can complete related questionnaires.

You may not be able to join if

  • I am younger than 6 months old.
  • I cannot provide informed consent.
  • I only have ichthyosis vulgaris.
  • I have used dupilumab in the past 105 days.
  • I have used immunosuppressive drugs recently.
  • I have had a live vaccine in the past 4 weeks.
  • I have an active infection requiring antibiotics.
  • I have a serious or uncontrolled medical condition.

About This Trial
Severe itch is a common symptom of many genetic skin disorders and leads to a negative impact on patient quality of life.
