Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age ≥ 18 years of age
* Provision of written informed consent
* If not healthy volunteer, must be diagnosed with cardiovascular disease
Exclusion Criteria:
* Vulnerable populations will be excluded from this study including Prisoners
