This trial is looking for men with metastatic prostate cancer that has neuroendocrine features. Participants will receive treatment with a radioactive drug called Lutetium Lu 177 dotatate, which may help shrink the cancer. To join, eligible patients need to meet specific health criteria and undergo testing.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am at least 18 years old.
  • I have metastatic prostate cancer with neuroendocrine differentiation.
  • I can have a positive Gallium 68 Dotatate PET scan.
  • My absolute neutrophil count is at least 1,500/mcL.
  • My platelets are at least 100,000/mcL.
  • My hemoglobin is at least 8 g/dL.
  • I am currently on hormone therapy to lower testosterone.
  • I have no other anti-cancer treatments at the same time.

You may not be able to join if

  • I am receiving any other investigational agents.
  • I have a history of allergic reactions to similar treatments.
  • I am pregnant or plan to become pregnant.
  • I have untreated brain metastases.
  • I have an active infection that could affect my participation.
  • I have a concurrent malignancy that could interfere with the study.
  • I have a serious heart problem.
  • I have chronic hepatitis B with detectable virus.
