Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Aged 18 years or older
* Speaks Twi or English
* Current inpatient staying at a study prayer camp
* A diagnosis of psychosis, mania, or depression
Exclusion Criteria:
* Serious physical illness or in need of urgent medical attention
