Inclusion Criteria:
* PTSD according to Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental disorders 5 as primary problem
* ≥ 18 years
* Basic knowledge of speaking and writing Swedish
* No other psychological treatment at the same time
* No ongoing threats or violence
