Inclusion Criteria:
patients with T2D and Obesity
Exclusion Criteria:
* pregnancy/breast feeding,
* sleep apnea,
* prepuberal onset of hypertension, hormonal hypersecreting adrenal mass,
* symptoms of hypercortisolism;
* already known secondary hypertension;
