Inclusion Criteria:
* Histologically confirmed non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
* ALK-positive or ROS1-positive NSCLC in Stage IB-IIIA (according to the 8th American Joint Committee on Cancer TNM edition), as assessed by investigator.
