Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for men with advanced prostate cancer that has not responded to hormone treatments. Participants will receive a combination of two drugs to see if it helps their condition.

Must be taking LHRH analogues

You may be able to join if

  • I am a man aged 18 or older.
  • I have metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer.
  • I have experienced cancer progression after at least one hormone treatment.
  • I have a PSA PET scan showing at least one positive lesion.
  • I have recovered from any serious side effects from previous cancer treatments.
  • I am able to use effective contraception during the study.
  • I agree to undergo a tumor biopsy if needed.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have untreated brain metastases.
  • I have received recent other cancer treatments within the last 14 days.
  • I have had small cell neuroendocrine prostate cancer.
  • I have received prior PSMA-directed treatment.
  • I have received treatment with certain immune-related therapies.

About This Trial

This is a single-center, open-label, study of Prostate-Specific Membrane Antigen (PSMA)-targeted radionuclide therapy with 177Lu-PSMA-617 in combination with pembrolizumab in participants with metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) who have previously progressed on at least one prior androgen pathway inhibitor (e.g., abiraterone, enzalutamide, apalutamide).
