Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients with end-stage heart failure presented to our hospital who are evaluated by clinicians and ethically approved for heart transplantation
* Individuals whose hearts are donated
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients refuse to sign informed consent form
