This trial is looking for patients suspected of having muscle-invasive bladder cancer. Participants will receive standard treatment and may also undergo a special MRI followed by a biopsy on the same day to help with diagnosis.
You may be able to join if
- I am at least 18 years old
- I have a suspicion of muscle-invasive bladder cancer
- I have no lymph node or distant metastases
- I can provide written informed consent
You may not be able to join if
- I am unable or unwilling to undergo an mpMRI
- I am not fit for TURBT
- I am not fit for definitive treatment with curative intent
- I have a history of cancer, except for non-melanoma skin cancer, prostate cancer on active surveillance, or a solid tumor that has been disease-free for 5 years
