* Receving treatment at internal medicine departments (inpatient, outopatient, day hospital) of San Raffaele Hospital
* at least one suspected or confirmed diagnosis among:
1. immune mediated disorder
2. respiratory disorder
3. metabolic disorder
4. sepsis
