Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* age older than 18 years
* spontaneous sinus rhythm
* no pregnancy
* signed informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* age lower than 18 years
* absence of sinus rhythm
* autonomic disorders
* concomitant carotid intervention
* reintervention
* contraindication to MRI
