Inclusion Criteria:
* \>18 years;
* CRE diagnosed with rectal swab \<15 days before evaluation;
* Ability to undergo study procedures and to give informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Active chronic gastrointestinal disorders;
* Previous colorectal surgery;
