About This Trial
This study will compare the efficacy of telemedicine-delivered cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia tailored for people using cannabis for sleep (CBTi-CB-TM) to telemedicine-delivered sleep hygiene education (SHE-TM) on sleep, cannabis use, and daytime functioning.
