This trial is looking for young adult cancer survivors aged 26 to 39 who want to learn more about health insurance. Participants will take part in a virtual program over four sessions to help reduce financial strain and improve health monitoring.

You may be able to join if
- I have been diagnosed with breast, testicular, lymphoma, sarcoma, or colorectal cancer.
- I am between the ages of 26 to 39.
- I completed my initial cancer treatment within the past year.
- I am a patient at the University of Utah/Huntsman Cancer Institute or Intermountain Healthcare.
- I speak English.
You may not be able to join if
- I am unable to participate due to a developmental delay.
- I speak a language other than English.
- I am unable to participate through a phone or a video-capable computer or mobile device.

We will conduct a randomized controlled trial to test a 4-session virtual health insurance navigation intervention that will increase knowledge about health insurance, reduce financial burden, and improve surveillance for recurrence among 300 young adult cancer survivors ages 26 to 39. Inclusion Criteria:
Participants are eligible for this study if they:
1. Were diagnosed with breast, testicular, lymphoma, sarcoma, and colorectal cancer,
2. Are between the ages of 26 to 45 years (preferably between 26-39, but no older than 45),
