This trial is looking for adults with attention difficulties to see how well two treatments—neurofeedback and transcranial pulse stimulation—work for improving attention. Participants will undergo either type of treatment during the study.
You may be able to join if
- I am 20 years or older
- I am right-handed
- I have normal or corrected hearing and vision
- I can read and write
- I have low scores on attention tests
You may not be able to join if
- I have a medical history related to my brain
- I have mild cognitive impairment
- I have symptoms of depression or anxiety
- I have an intellectual disability based on my IQ scores
- I have any psychiatric or cognitive disorders besides ADHD
- I have a long-term history of smoking cigarettes
- I misuse alcohol or substances
- I have had corticosteroid treatment in the last six weeks
