Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for adults with certain types of B-cell cancers that have not responded to previous treatments. Participants will receive an experimental CAR T-cell therapy and will be monitored for safety and effectiveness.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am at least 18 years old.
  • I have signed a consent form.
  • I have relapsed or refractory Multiple Myeloma or Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma.
  • I have measurable disease.
  • I am able to follow the trial procedures.
  • I have normal organ function.
  • I am using effective birth control if I am a woman of childbearing potential.
  • I am not eligible for other standard treatments.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have central nervous system involvement by my cancer.
  • I have a history of seizures or strokes in the last year.
  • I have autoimmune diseases affecting the central nervous system.
  • I need continuous oxygen support.
  • I have an active infection that requires treatment.
  • I have received live vaccines in the last 2 weeks.
  • I am pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • I have a history of serious allergic reactions to medications.
