Inclusion Criteria:
* patient undergoing a lung transplant (mono or bi-transplantation)
* Age \>= 18 years
* Affiliated to the French social security system
Exclusion Criteria:
* Renal anatomical abnormality likely to induce a misleading NIRS signal: single kidney, polycystic kidney disease.
