This trial is looking for people with low blood pressure due to spinal cord injury. Participants will help evaluate different non-drug and drug treatments to improve their symptoms.
You may be able to join if
- I have a traumatic spinal cord injury
- I am at least 12 months post-injury
- My injury level is between C1 and T6
- I have an AIS grade of A, B, or C
- I am non-ambulatory
- I do not use a ventilator
You may not be able to join if
- I have an active psychiatric disorder
- I have had a stroke or cerebrovascular disease
- I have Alzheimer's Disease or dementia
- I have unmanaged heart rhythm problems
- I have concurrent systemic, liver, or kidney disease
- I have suspected or diagnosed cancer
- I have a neurological disease other than spinal cord injury
- I have self-reported three or more episodes of autonomic dysreflexia per day

Check Your EligibilityThe purpose of this study is to identify the effects of non-pharmacological and pharmacological anti-hypotensive treatment interventions on orthostatic hemodynamic responses, symptoms of autonomic dysreflexia and orthostatic hypotension, and levels of fatigue and comfort in hypotensive individuals with SCI.
