This trial is looking for patients with advanced non-squamous lung cancer. Participants will receive a treatment called camrelizumab along with two other medications for at least 24 weeks and will be monitored for their health during this time.

You may be able to join if

  • I am between 19 and 80 years old.
  • I have been diagnosed with advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer.
  • I have not received systemic chemotherapy for my cancer before.
  • My tumor can be measured on a scan.
  • I am expected to survive at least 3 months.
  • I have agreed to participate by signing a consent form.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have another type of lung cancer besides non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer.
  • I have EGFR mutations or ALK translocations.
  • I do not have measurable tumors.
  • I have untreated brain metastasis.
  • I have a recent history of major surgery.
  • I have an active autoimmune disease.
  • I have received other treatments that affect my immune system within the last month.
  • I am currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
