About This Trial
This is a randomized, open-label, multi-center, international, Phase II study to assess the efficacy and safety of sequential or up-front triple treatment with durvalumab, tremelimumab and bevacizumab for non-resectable hepatocellular carcinoma. KEY INCLUSION CRITERIA Age ≥18 years at the time of study entry Confirmed HCC based on histopathological findings from tumor tissues. Must not have received prior systemic therapy for HCC. Not eligible for locoregional therapy for unresectable HCC. For patients who progressed after locoregional …
