- I am 18 years old or older
- I have given written consent to participate
- I am enrolled in a social insurance system
- I have untreated glandular atrophy or gastric cancer diagnosed since 2014
You may not be able to join if
- I have an autoimmune disease or a condition affecting my immune system
- I have chronic inflammation or a cancer other than gastric cancer
- I have been treated in the last 3 months with immune-suppressing therapy
- I am currently taking long-term corticosteroids or anti-inflammatory drugs
- I am pregnant or breastfeeding
- I am under legal protection
- I am currently in another clinical trial
- I have a known history of Helicobacter pylori infection or gastric lesions

About This Trial
The goal of this study is to characterize and validate a signature of circulating biomarkers in plasma, associated with the presence of gastric preneoplasia in patients with preexisting gastric lesion compared with a control group.
