Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for people aged 60 and older who have dementia and are experiencing pain. Participants will receive support and education over 12 months to help manage their pain.

You may be able to join if

  • I live in a participating community.
  • I am 60 years old or older.
  • I have been diagnosed with dementia.
  • I experience pain frequently or constantly.
  • I may be receiving treatment for my pain.

You may not be able to join if

  • I am admitted for short-stay rehabilitation.
  • I am receiving hospice care.
