This trial is looking for patients with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. Participants will receive the drug ASKG915 to see how safe and effective it is.
You may be able to join if
- I have an advanced malignant tumor that has not responded to treatment.
- I have a performance status of 2 or lower.
- My life expectancy is at least 3 months.
- The results of my lab tests meet all required criteria.
You may not be able to join if
- I have received any cancer treatment in the last 4 weeks.
- I have had a live vaccine in the 4 weeks before starting this study.
- I have known brain or spinal disease.
- I have a history of serious heart or brain conditions.
- I currently have an active autoimmune disease.
- I have a history of fluid build-up requiring drainage.
- I am pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to get pregnant during the study.
