Inclusion Criteria:
* Physical inactivity
* Not meeting the physical activity recommendations
* Much sedentary time
* Physical disability
* Intellectual disability
* Autism
* Living in the Skåne Region in Sweden
* Receiving treatment from the habilitation Services in the Skåne Region, Sweden
