Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Lateral patellar dislocation with subsequent instability
* Failure of non-operative treatment
Exclusion Criteria:
* Active inflammation of the knee;
* Previous surgeries on the patellofemoral joint;
* Fractures around the knee
