This trial is looking for patients who are at high risk for bleeding and are undergoing hemodialysis. Participants will receive nafamostat or a standard treatment to see how safe it is.

You may be able to join if

  • I have a platelet count below 10,000.
  • I have a PTT above 60 seconds.
  • I have an INR above 2.0.
  • I have experienced certain types of bleeding.
  • I had a brain hemorrhage within the last 6 months.
  • I am currently receiving anticoagulant therapy.
  • I am using a dual antiplatelet agent.
  • I have had major surgery within the last month.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have cancer.
  • I have liver cirrhosis.
  • I am pregnant.
  • I have a drug allergy.
  • I am currently bleeding from a major organ.
