This trial is looking for older adults who identify as sexual or gender minorities and are facing end-of-life care. Participants will help develop a training for hospice staff to improve care by including personal information about patients' identities.

About This Trial
Older sexual and gender minority (SGM) patients are at risk for receiving inequitable end-of-life care; those with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias (ADRD) are at particularly high risk. Inclusion Criteria:
* English speaking
* 18 years and above
Exclusion Criteria:
--People under 18, pregnant women, prisoners, and people who are decisionally challenged will be excluded from the study.
