Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Selected to undergo an MRI-fusion prostate needle biopsy of the prostate.
* Able to provide informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* prior diagnosis of prostate cancer (Grade Group \>1)
* metastatic prostate cancer
* prior prostate cancer treatment
