Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for adults with nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin lymphoma to compare two treatments. Participants will receive either mosunetuzumab or the usual treatment, rituximab, to see which is more effective in improving survival.

  • I have been diagnosed with nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin lymphoma.
  • I am at least 18 years old.
  • I have not had any treatment for my lymphoma or have had treatment in the past.
  • I have measurable disease according to specific criteria.
  • I have symptoms that require therapy.
  • My general health status is okay, as assessed by my doctor.
  • I have a specific level of white blood cells and platelets.
  • I can understand and agree to participate in the trial.

  • I have classical Hodgkin lymphoma.
  • I have received lymphoma treatment less than 6 months ago.

About This Trial
This phase II trial compares mosunetuzumab to the usual treatment (rituximab) for improving survival in patients with nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin lymphoma (NLPHL).
