This trial is looking for emergency medical dispatchers or firefighters who want to reduce their sedentary behavior at work. Participants will use a sit-and-stand desk and a cycle ergometer to help make these changes.
You may be able to join if
- I work as an emergency medical dispatcher or firefighter.
- I can give my consent to join this research.
- I am affiliated with a Social Security scheme.
- I can use a sit-and-stand desk.
- I can use a cycle ergometer.
You may not be able to join if
- I am not affiliated with a health insurance.
- I am a minor.
